MPM Property Management opens new office at 65 Bay State Dr.

MPM Property Management LLC has opened an office at 65 Bay State Dr. to better serve clients as it expands in the Boston and southeastern Mass. area. The company is a multi-faceted commercial real estate services firm primarily serving the southeastern New England area. It currently manages several class A office buildings as well as other commercial and retail facilities in R.I. and southeastern Mass. for local and non-New England owners. In addition to comprehensive property management services, the company provides construction services, parking facility management and real estate development. Properties the company manages range from NYC-based O'Connor Capital Partners' 100 Westminster tower (formerly the Bank of America building) in Providence's financial district to a retail center in Seekonk, Mass. "Our new office in Braintree will enable us to more effectively develop our services for clients in southeastern Mass.," said John Macliver, president. "In today's difficult real estate market, we think our extensive property management experience and comprehensive in-house expertise will prove invaluable to owners and investors who need to manage their properties more cost-effectively."
