Mulready of CB Richard Ellis represents Griffin Land in the 17,661 s/f lease at 5 Waterside Crossing

According to Griffin Land, Great American Insurance Company has signed a lease for 17,661 s/f of first class office space at 5 Waterside Crossing.
Construction of the tenant improvements are already underway and include rehabilitation of the premises. Occupancy is expected in February 2012.
"5 Waterside Crossing had the facilities we needed to satisfy our expansion plans and a management staff in tune with our needs," said Frank Scheckton Jr., divisional president, Great American Insurance.
5 Waterside Crossing is an 80,500 s/f first‐class office building located within Griffin Center, a 600-acre master business park that was planned and developed by Griffin Land. The park is easily accessed from exits 37 & 38 off I-91, just south of Bradley International Airport. Area amenities include restaurants, hotels and office‐service businesses that are located within minutes of the park. In-park amenities include Vito's by the Water restaurant and function facility, and the recently reopened SS&C SummerWind Performing Arts Center.
