Mulroy also recently sold a 1,500 s/f commercial condominium at 141 Middlesex Rd. Mulroy represented the seller, J and S Nominee Trust, and procured the buyer. The buyer, Haggerty Electric, will use the space as their main office and storage of jobsite materials.
