Paul Mulroy, senior vice president at O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. recently represented 1 Industrial Way Nominee Trust in leasing 1,200 s/f of office space at 1 Industrial Way. The tenant, Social Smart Kids, was procured by Mulroy. Mulroy also recently sold a 1,500 s/f commercial condominium at 141 Middlesex Rd. Mulroy represented the seller, J and S Nominee Trust, and procured the buyer. The buyer, Haggerty Electric, will use the space as their main office and storage of jobsite materials.
