Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties negotiates 2,500 s/f lease

Paul Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties Inc. recently represented ownership and procured the tenant, On Demand Therapeutics, in the lease of 2,500 s/f at 1 Industrial Way. On Demand Therapeutics, a retinal drug company, will be using the space for research and development of intelligent retinal implant systems. This space not only meets their current needs but also their future needs as the property has a 2,000 s/f clean room that they can lease for future research.
Also, MIG Corp., owner of 526 Main St. in Acton, Mass. (One Post Office Sq.), has hired O'Brien Commercial Props. to handle the leasing of class A office space in the building. The third floor, formerly corporate headquarters for the Robb Report, is entirely available and will be vacated in the near future. O'Brien is also offering an additional 4,500 s/f on the first floor which is currently occupied by Acton Chiropractic. This 36,000 s/f building features a dramatic lobby, continuous ribbon glass lines on each floor, passenger elevator and fronts on Main St. (Rte. 27).
