Musilli of GVA Williams handles $4.8m deal at 917 Bridgeport Ave.
GVA Williams of Connecticut brokered the $4.8 million sale of approximately eight acres at 917 Bridgeport Ave. to AvalonBay Communities, Inc. Avalon plans on building a 99-unit apartment complex. The property was owned by Cranberry Hill LLC.
According to Dominick Musilli, the sole broker in the transaction, "It was a pleasure working with both AvalonBay and Cranberry Hill throughout the process. I believe all of the parties involved, including the City of Shelton, were ultimately pleased with the outcome."
