N.E. Retail Props. leases for Eblen's Clothing

Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties negotiated a long term lease for Eblen's Clothing and Footwear at 42 Plainfield St. in the Olneyville section of the city. Halprin is the tenant's exclusive broker and was responsible for sourcing the location and negotiating the lease with Janco Co.
