Favicchio leases new law office space

The law offices of Michael Favicchio have moved to a new building located at 117 Metro Center Blvd. The 7,500 s/f office space has new networking and computer systems, meeting rooms and is centrally located. Attorney Favicchio, a graduate of Providence College and Suffolk University's School of Law, has 29 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate law, as well as other areas, and is a Spanish speaking attorney. He is licensed in Massachusetts and Florida. MSR Holdings LLC is the property landlord. Favicchio represented himself in the transaction.
