Nahigian of Auburndale Realty completes counseling assignment on lease renewal of KinderCare with WF Lacey & Sons

Billerica, MA Rob Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, MCR of Auburndale Realty Co., completed a counseling assignment on the lease renewal of KinderCare and WF Lacey &Sons, Co. Nahigia represented WF Lacey as the landlord’s real estate advisor in the negotiations of this long-term lease renewal that now has a control period for the next three decades. The building was developed for KinderCare as a build-to-suit in 1999 as a one-tenant child care facility. The property has over 12,700 s/f situated on 4.4 acres. The building is located at 262 Concord Rd. in the Concord Corporate Park and abuts Rte. 3. 

KinderCare has over 1,400 locations nationwide with over 32,000 teachers and serving over 170,000 children. KinderCare is headquartered in Portland, Oregon. WF Lacey & Sons is headquartered in Salisbury, Mass.
