Nahigian of Auburndale Realty Co. completes 2,856 s/f lease to Impact Technical Sales
60 Mall Road - Burlington, MA
Rob Nahigian, Auburndale Realty Co.Burlington, MA Rob Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, MCR of Auburndale Realty Co., Newton, Mass. completed a lease for 2,856 s/f by Impact Technical Sales (ITS) at 60 Mall Rd. The property is owned by 50-54-60 Mall Road, LLC and managed by RJ Kelly Co. ITS is currently located at 1 NEEP in Burlington.
Nahigian exclusively represented ITS. Mark McLean vice president of Asset Manager represented the landlord. The lease was consummated during July after a 4 month site search and negotiations.
