Nahigian of Auburndale Realty Co. handles 42,500 s/f lease renewal

Ayer, MA Rob Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, MCR of Auburndale Realty Co. has completed the lease renewal of 42,500  s/f of industrial/warehouse space at the Groton Ayer Realty Trust facility, 95 Fitchburg Rd. The space was renewed by PAK Technologies, Inc. of Milwaukee. Nahigian represented the landlord.

PAK is among the Midwest’s largest comprehensive blending, packaging and distribution companies. PAK operates nationally and internationally serving accounts with widely varying requirements. PAK’s customer base ranges from local accounts with uniquely specialized needs to involvement with the Federal Space Program. PAK has evolved under the guidance and vision of the owner and chief executive officer, Kevin Schuele in 1980. Over the years, the focus has changed to private label blending and packaging. PAK Technologies uses this space as a delivery location for its European customer base and building’s access to rail service. It also provided services at Logan Airport.
