Nahigian of Auburndale Realty handles 3,681 s/f lease to Brookline Bank

Braintree, MA Rob Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, MCR of Auburndale Realty Co., found a new corporate office for Brookline Bank’s special deposit division. The office lease, totaling 3,681 s/f, occurred at 25 Braintree Hill Office Park. 

The special deposit division is currently located within the corporate offices of Brookline Bank on Clarendon St. in BackBay, Boston. The division is headed by Tom St. Jean, senior vice president and director of specialty deposits. 

Over 15 buildings were surveyed and toured in the area market before the final decision was made to lease at Braintree Hill Office Park. 

Auburndale Realty Co. served as the exclusive broker for Brookline Bank. 

Dee Minnock of the Flatley Co. represented the landlord, Braintree Hill Office Park LLC.
