Nahigian, SIOR, of Auburndale Realty spoke at Boston College Carroll School of Management

Boston, MA Rob Nahigian, SIOR, CRE of Auburndale Realty Co., was invited and spoke at Boston College Carroll School of Management by Ed Chazen, CRE and Professor of real estate development. The class ran on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Ed and Rob created a case study for students to make an industrial development presentation to Rob as an advisor for a 150,000 sf manufacturing company in the Boston area. Four groups were each given 12 minutes to make their presentation to Rob on why they should be selected as the preferred developer on a site in Raynham. Rob gave real life feedback to each group and at the end of the class on positive factors in their presentation and where to improve. Rob will also be lecturing at Boston College Thursday, June 24, 2026 in the Summer Series for real estate interns on Commercial Leasing.
