NAI Dunham Group sells 4,400 s/f to Maple's Organics
WWD 881 Route One, LLC d/b/a Maple's Organics purchased 881 U.S. Rte. One - the 4,400 s/f, former NAPA Auto Parts building. The sale was brokered by Justin Lamontagne from NAI The Dunham Group and John Doyon from Malone Commercial Brokers.
Maple's Organic is a locally-owned company, crafting fine gelato and sorbetto.
881 U.S. Rte. One will house a new Maple's retail store and production facility early this summer.
