Uttley and Shea of Shea Properties leases 2,534 s/f to LL&S Recycling

LL&S Recycling leased 2,534 s/f of business professional office space in the Salem Professional Park. The office suites are located at 59 Stiles Rd. and will serve as business headquarters for LL&S. The company accepts and recycles all solid, non-hazardous construction and demolition materials from work sites. The finished products are used to produce bio-mass fuels, asphalt paving, new cardboard and drywall, recycled plastic and metal products and miscellaneous construction materials and soil substitutes. Bob Uttley and Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Props. handled the multi-year lease for LL&S and Soaring Free Realty LLC.
