NAI Glickman Kovago and Cushman & Wakefield broker $18.35 million sale
Webster, MA 30 Goya Dr. has sold for $18.35 million. The former owner, A Duie Pyle Inc. company, sold the 78-door cross dock and truck maintenance facility on 20 acres to Old Dominion Freight Line. James Glickman of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs and Larry Casey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller and procured the buyer.
