NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs brokers $7.3 million sale

East Haven, CT NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the buyer of a Walgreens’ Pharmacy located at 157 Main St.  The transaction closed at a sale price of $7.3 million, a 5.74 cap rate. The triple net lease had nineteen years remaining of the initial term of twenty-five years.

The seller was East Haven Hemingway LLC of Litchfield, Connecticut and was represented by Jeff Bracco, senior investment advisor, SVN The Kase Group, San Francisco.

The buyer was SI Willimantic LLC of Farmington, Conn. and was represented by Indrek Buttner, vice president, NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.
