NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs brokers acquisition of Quarry Square

Milford, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has represented the buyer in the acquisition of Unit B at Quarry Square, a 56,298 s/f, fully-leased retail building located at 196 East Main St. The property sold for $10 million.

The buyer, KBG Realty Properties, LLC, managed primarily by Michael Byrnes, was represented by vice presidents Jonah Glickman and Cody Miner.

“It was a pleasure helping KBG Realty Properties add this well-established retail center to their portfolio. Quarry Square’s diverse, stabilized tenant mix made this an excellent investment opportunity,” said Glickman, VP of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. “We’re continuing to see strong investor demand for well-leased retail assets here in Central Massachusetts, and we look forward to supporting Mike’s continued growth in the region.”

Quarry Square is home to a strong roster of national and regional tenants, including The Gym @ Milford, its largest tenant, along with TD Bank, The UPS Store, Sport Clips, Miracle-Ear, and more, offering KBG Realty Properties a stabilized, income-producing retail asset with long-term upside potential.

The seller, an entity associated with R.J. Kelly Co., Inc, was represented by Justin Smith, head of capital markets, and Matt Ericson, senior analyst, of Atlantic Capital Partners.
