NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs’ Eldredge brokers $1.5m in sales
Clinton, MA David Eldredge, vice president at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, recently facilitated the sale of multiple properties in the downtown business area.
145 Church St. is a 5-unit mixed use commercial and residential building, 155 Church St. is the location of the long established Old Timers Restaurant, and 163 Church St. is a 16-unit apartment building.
The properties were sold by HIJ Realty Trust and the James McNally Family Trust to Sergio Nascimento for $1.5 million.
Eldredge represented the seller and Richard Veiga of Armory Realty represented the buyer.
