Worcester, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitated the $2.5 million sale of a 17-unit apartment building at 3-5 Rugby St. The seller, CAJ Rugby LLC was represented by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs vice presidents David Eldredge, and Tim Whittredge.

This 17-unit building consisted of 14 two-bedroom apartments, two one-bedroom apartments and one studio apartment in the 15,000 s/f building. 14 of the 17 units are leased to Friendly House Inc., a Worcester-based non-profit that provides housing assistance and other community services.
