NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs handles $2.6m sale of 19,130 s/f flex/industrial property

Dudley, MA 245 West Main Street Properties LLC has sold its 19,130 s/f flex/industrial property  located at 3 Foshay Rd., to Venture Community Services for $2.6 million. Principal James Glickman, and vice presidents James Keogh and Cody Miner of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the seller in this transaction.  

Glickman said, “We are proud to have facilitated this transaction, helping Venture  Community Services secure an additional needed location to support their growth and mission. This deal  exemplifies our commitment to connecting buyers and sellers with the right opportunities. The transaction  reinforces outlying Worcester’s growing appeal as a destination for commercial investment and  development.”
