NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs handles sale of 17.62 acre parcel at 8 North Main St. for $1.62 million
Charlton, MA The 17.62 acre parcel of land at 8 North Main St. was sold for $1.62 million. The property, which contains an eight-unit apartment building, is located at the major intersection of Rte. 20 and North Main St. and is zoned commercial business.
Michael Jacobs, principal at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, represented Triple T Realty Inc. (the seller) in the transaction and also procured the buyer, 8 North Main Street LLC.
