NAI Hunneman recently brokered the $1.175 million sale of a 15,600 s/f manufacturing/R&D building at 45-47 Calvary St. to Buffalo Springfield Real Estate LLC.
Senior vice president David Gilkie of NAI represented the seller JWS Realty Trust while the buyer was represented by Jeremy Fried of Boston Realty Advisors.
"The partial sale-leaseback transaction was a win for both parties," said Gilkie. "The seller was able to remain at the property long-term in close to 47% of the building while the buyer acquired an asset with a good, long-term tenant and will occupy the remaining vacant space in the building."
Located at the intersection of Newton and Elms Sts., 45-47 Calvary St. offers a strong central location and a unique mix of manufacturing/R&D space with ample office space on the upper and lower floors, tailboard loading and generous on-site parking.
