NAI Hunneman Commercial has brokered the $11.5 million sale of 10 City Square, a 36,000 s/f office building.
Bob Fitzgerald, executive vice president/principal, and Stephen James executive vice president/principal, both of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented the seller, CBE Technologies, a Boston-based IT service provider, and procured the buyer, Burlington, Mass.-based Compass Realty Associates.
"This property is attractive not only due to its close proximity to Boston, but also because of its historic nature," said Fitzgerald. "It is one of the most recognizable buildings in an area steeped in history."
