NAI Hunneman brokers 19,995 s/f lease to ITT Educational Services, Inc.

NAI Hunneman's Suburban Leasing Group has brokered a five-year lease of 19,995 s/f of office space to ITT Educational Services, Inc. James Boudrot, executive vice president and Evan Gallagher, vice president at NAI Hunneman and members of its Suburban Leasing Group, represented ITT Educational Services, Inc in the transaction. ITT Educational Services leased 19,995 sq/f of space at 200 Ballardvale St. at Ballardvale Office Park, a four-building complex comprised of 555,000 s/f of office space with frontage along I-93. Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord, Griffith Properties, in the transaction. NAI Hunneman's Suburban Leasing Group, which includes James Boudrot, Brendan Daly, Evan Gallagher, David Gilkie, Stephen James and Michael McCarthy, specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston suburbs and along Rte. 128 and I-93.
