ITT Educational Services leased 19,995 sq/f of space at 200 Ballardvale St. at Ballardvale Office Park, a four-building complex comprised of 555,000 s/f of office space with frontage along I-93.
Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord, Griffith Properties, in the transaction.
