NAI Hunneman's Suburban Leasing Group has brokered a 21,437 s/f new office lease at 9 Centennial Dr., bringing full occupancy to the building. Atlantic Semiconductor LLC signed a long term lease.
NAI Hunneman represented the landlord, B&H Peabody Property LLC, in the transaction. Chris Curley of Newmark Real Estate LLC represented the tenant.
