*Global Mail Express, Inc. signed a new 15,000 s/f lease at 230 Ballardvale St. Brendan Daly of NAI Hunneman represented Global Mail Express in the transaction. Devon Manfredonia of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Carlisle Properties.
*Electrolytic Ozone, Inc. leased 7,000 s/f of space at 66 Concord Rd. NAI represented the tenant in the transaction. Jeremy Hood of Cummings Properties represented the landlord.
