NAI Hunneman brokers $3.48 million sale of 59-75 Wyman Street to Sarben Realty Corp.

NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of 59-75 Wyman St. located in the Waban neighborhood of the city to Sarben Realty Corp. for $3.48 million. NAI Hunneman brokers Carl Christie, executive vice president and principal, along with investment sales specialist Dan McGee and associate Henry Lieber, also represented the seller, Waban Realty, LLC, in the transaction. 59-75 Wyman St. is comprised of 3 five-unit brick apartment buildings. The 15-unit complex was built around 1945 and contains all 2-bedroom / 1 bath units. The property was 100% occupied at the time of sale. In addition to having off street parking, the site is located near the MBTA's Green Line. "We were able to achieve the seller's price expectations without going to the market," said Christie. "The buyer was adding to their portfolio in Newton and recognized the excellent location of this asset."
