NAI Hunneman's suburban leasing group, in collaboration with NAI Norwood, has brokered a 50,470 s/f new corporate headquarters lease for Resonetics at 44 Simon St.
The firm signed a long-term lease for 50,470 s/f of industrial space, and is scheduled to occupy the new space in April. The space will also serve as the new corporate headquarters for Resonetics.
Chris Norwood of NAI Norwood collaborated with NAI Hunneman's suburban leasing group, which includes James Boudrot, Brendan Daly, Evan Gallagher, Stephen James and Michael McCarthy, in representing the tenant. CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Liberty Properties LLC.
"After an extensive space search which weighed options in southern New Hampshire and the north portions of Rte. 495 submarket in Mass. we were able to locate an option within close proximity to their previous location," said Stephen James, executive vice president/principal at NAI Hunneman, whose suburban leasing group represented Resonetics in the transaction. "It was a comfortable move for the company and achieved all of their growth needs and economic goals."
