NAI Hunneman has brokered a 6,285 s/f office lease for the Rezolve Group at 2 Oliver St.
Jeffrey Becker, senior vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented Rezolve Group in the transaction, while Jim Brady of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord Saracen Properties.
An 11-story office building located at the corner of Milk, Oliver and Batterymarch Sts. in the city's Liberty Sq., 2 Oliver St. contains 220,000 s/f of office space and was acquired by Saracen and AEW Capital Management last year.
"We're very pleased to have helped the new owners of 2 Oliver St. continue their lease-up efforts at the property," Becker said. "The 2 Oliver St. building occupies a prime location in downtown Boston and suits Rezolve Group's needs well."
Rezolve Group is a technology and services company that focuses exclusively on post-secondary student financial aid.
Rezolve founder and CEO Craig Carroll said, "Boston is a significant market in our growth strategy, and Jeff and the NAI team worked professionally to find a way to accommodate our requirements and secure an excellent location to house our new operations in the city."
