Chelmsford, MA NAI Hunneman completed an 11,061 s/f office/flex lease transaction with cab technology, inc., at 21 Alpha Rd. The product and package marking equipment manufacturer is moving its operations from 87 Progress Ave. in Tyngsboro.

NAI Hunneman’s north team of David Gilkie, Jim Boudrot, Mike Allen, and Cormac Sullivan represented cab, while Jamie Lipscomb of Transwestern represented landlord Calare Properties.
