NAI Hunneman completes $2.65 million sale

Franklin, MA NAI Hunneman completed the $2.65 million sale of 750 Union St. The new ownership plans to redevelop the 25,852 s/f former Boston Sports Club into a medical office building. NAI Hunneman’s Ovar Osvold procured the buyer, 750 Union Street, LLC, and along with south team members Cathy Minnerly, Leeanne Rizzo, Ned Halloran, and Sean Hannigan, represented the seller, US National Bank Association.

“The building offers a strategic location directly off of I-495 at the intersection of King & Union Sts., and is in close proximity to several area businesses and residential communities; which makes it ideal for a medical office location,” said Osvold.
