NAI Hunneman handles $2.9 million sale of 22 unit apartments building

NAI Hunneman Commercial has brokered the $2.9 million sale of a 22-unit apartment building located at 1260 Mass. Ave. Carl Christie, executive vice president and principal, and Dan McGee, financial analyst, both of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented the seller, Lexington based Boulos Realty Trust. The property was bought by Sanmartina L.P.. "The property offers great upside investment potential for the buyer," said Christie. "These apartments are in an excellent location for commuters." The property is conveniently located near Lexington Center and Arlington Center, which feature a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Nearby, Rte. 2 provides easy access to Boston as well as the outer suburbs and Rte. 128, while Mass. Ave. leads to the heart of Cambridge, and goes through to downtown Boston.
