NAI Hunneman's suburban leasing group leases 8,640 s/f of office space to EDCO Collaborative

According to NAI Hunneman, its suburban leasing team recently leased 8,640 s/f of office space to EDCO Collaborative at 281 Winter St. EDCO, a voluntary collaborative of 21 urban and suburban school districts serving the Greater Boston Metropolitan area, renewed its lease at 281 Winter St. EDCO is dedicated to improving education through interdistrict and interagency collaboration, and provides high-quality education and related services to students-at-risk. NAI Hunneman represented EDCO in the transaction. NAI Hunneman's suburban leasing team specializes in representing tenants and landlords along Rte. 128 and Boston's northern suburbs. The three-story, 56,970 s/f office building at 281 Winter St. is owned by Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. Rob Wallace of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord in the transaction.
