NAI Norwood and Stubblebine arrange sale of self storage facility

Methuen, MA NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of 172,000 s/f of self-storage flex space located at 145 Milk St., to Amerco at an undisclosed price. Joseph  Mendola of NAI Norwood Group and David and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. collaborated to represent the seller, Massinnovation Methuen, LLC, of this flex building located across the street from the entrance to the Loop, a major entertainment mall. 

Mendola is the Argus self-storage network representative for Northern New England. Mendola specializes in the brokerage of self-storage properties.

Amerco is the parent company of U-Haul truck rental and self-storage facilities around the country. Amerco will convert this flex building into a mixed use complex featuring truck rentals, a climate controlled self-storage facility, and office space. Being located across the street from the entrance to the Loop, this property is in a major retail and residential area for the city. 

It is located off of Exit 4 on Rt. 213 which is a major connector between I-93 and I-495. The conversion process will start this coming Spring.
