Hooksett, NH NAI Norwood Group has leased 17,000 s/f of class A office space to GZA GeoEnvironmental at 14 Central Park Dr. Roger Dieker of The Boulos Company represented the tenant.

Chris Norwood, Matt Robinson, and Louise Norwood of NAI Norwood Group represented the landlord, 14 Central Park LLC, a partnership between Portsmouth-based Kane Company and Hooksett-based Tidemark. The 120,000 s/f property is anchored by Merchant’s Auto. GZA will represent the first tenant in the subdivision of the newly available second floor.

“There is a narrative that the office market is struggling post-COVID,” said Robinson. “The commitment to this property demonstrates that certain assets can outperform the market, particularly ones with amenities such as EV charging stations, on-site fitness facilities, and easy access to highways and retail.”
