Leasing momentum continues at John Flatley Company's Nashua Technology Park

Nashua, NH With a busy second half of the year at the Nashua Technology Park, the John Flatley Company welcomed four new tenants and accommodated two existing tenant expansions, totaling 80,000 s/f for the year.

New tenants include, Antenna Research Associates and Solutions Review at 100 Innovative Way, while Farm Design and E-CON AI leased space at 200 Innovative Way. In addition, the John Flatley Company assisted Drut Technology, and a long-standing tenant, Amphenol, in expanding their footprints.

As companies return to the office, the Nashua Technology Park presents an option with location and amenities. Located off of Exit 1 at the Mass./N.H. border, the 750,000 s/f Nashua Technology Park offers a variety of amenities from its on-site health club, full-service café, conference room facilities, and athletic fields, as well as Spyglass Brewing Company, Pressed Café, the Tara Heights Apartments, Amelia Village townhomes, Homewood Suites, and Nashua Self Storage.
