The former Nashua Courthouse, located at the Walnut St. oval, has a new owner, Walnut Nashua, LLC. This downtown property is ready for its new life in the private sector. The new owner had not revealed his plans for this 28,621s/f building at the time of the sale. This former courthouse closed when the new facility opened at 30 Spring St.
