David Choate, of Colliers' Portsmouth office, represented the lessor, 17 Production Drive, LLC and assisted the lessee, Certified Retail Solutions, in this transaction. Certified Retail Solutions, located at 1 Quality Way, will expand its staging and logistics operations to 17 Production Dr. Certified Retail Solutions has the option to buy the building during the multi-year lease term.

Scott Johnson, president of Certified Retail Solutions, said that his company chose the Dover location because the close proximity of this building offered them a convenient way to double their facility size while mitigating concerns about operating out of two buildings.
