NAI Norwood Group sells 50,000 s/f for $4 million

Boscawen, NH NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of Boscawen Mini Storage, located at 146 King St. to a private investor for $4 million. Boscawen Mini Storage is a 50,000 s/f self-storage facility. This self-storage facility has both temperature controlled and non-temperature controlled units. It is located on Rte. 3 with great exposure from oncoming traffic exiting Exit 17 on I-93 which goes from Cape Cod, Mass. to Vermont. The area off of Exit 17 is being developed into a regional retail location. The sellers are preparing for retirement and the buyer is expanding its portfolio of self-storage properties in NH. The property also has a restaurant BBQ store that does catering and has been there for many years.
