Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate leases 10,619 s/f to Aubuchon Hardware

Monroe, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) was the exclusive tenant broker representing Aubuchon Hardware in leasing 10,619 s/f of retail space at Bart Center Inc., 590 Main St. Aubuchon Hardware will be moving into the space late 4^th quarter of this year. After Stepney Hardware, the former local hardware store, closed in January after 60 years in business, the town has felt the void of not having a local neighborhood hardware store to fulfill the customer service and community ties provided by Stepney Hardware.

Aubuchon Hardware is one of the oldest family-owned and managed hardware store chains in America.
