NAI Norwood Group sells the former Gloenco Inc. building for $835,000

Newport, NH NAI Norwood Group has completed the sale of 452 Sunapee St. for $835,000. 452 Sunapee St. is a 40,000 s/f industrial/manufacturing property formerly occupied by Gloenco Inc., a company which manufactured parts for the power generation and aerospace industry, but ceased operations in August of 2018. The property consists of two buildings, a 32,000 s/f manufacturing facility and a 7,700 s/f warehouse building.

Aron Brown and Karl Norwood assisted the seller, AFG Inc., and Liam McCarthy represented the buyer, Progressive Manufacturing, in this transaction. 

Progressive Manufacturing will be occupying this facility for the manufacturing of fireplace inserts and other items. They will be moving operations from West Lebanon.
