Portland, ME The Boulos Company has hired Christopher Stephenson as vice president of operations and marketing. Stephenson brings to The Boulos Co. a decade of digital marketing expertise and has spent nearly seven years marketing commercial properties throughout the United States for Portland-based private equity group, Atlantic National Trust, who brought him on to build and manage their online real estate marketing program.

Stephenson’s combination of commercial real estate and marketing experience has enabled him to anticipate changes in real estate technology and the methods used to reach buyers and tenants.

Prior to his work with Atlantic, Stephenson ’s experience ranged from working with notable brands such as Red Bull North America, to helping fledgling startups & local businesses grow their digital footprints.

Stephenson holds a Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University and is finishing his MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics at the University of Southern Maine.

A native of Kingston, Ontario, he grew up in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Downtown Portland, where he and his girlfriend enjoy taking advantage of Maine’s outdoors & exquisite restaurant scene.

Topher is a former Board Member & Advisor to the Board of Directors for PROPEL. He is addicted to cold brew and his favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon is hiking, swimming or doing anything outdoors. His favorite Portland restaurant is Boda and next up on Topher’s bucket list is hiking Katahdin.
