NAI Norwood sells 2 ind'l. condo units

NAI Norwood Group, Inc. sold two industrial condominium units at 20 Priscilla Lane, each comprised of a 2,500 s/f footprint along with 1,500 s/f of mezzanine office. National Bath Systems, LLC d/b/a Bath Fitter recently purchased the units to expand their business. The company is relocating from Bedford where they were located for eight years. Bath Fitter provides one-day bath remodeling services for homeowners as well as for multi-unit properties. Representing Bath Fitter were Chris Norwood and Louise Norwood of NAI Norwood with Bob Cavanna and Ray Cheney of Prudential Verani representing the interests of the owner, Voltage Realty, LLC of Auburn.
