Dieker of CB Richard Ellis leases 17,400 s/f for Morgan Self Storage
CB Richard Ellis has leased 17,400 s/f of industrial space at Morgan Self Storage's facility at 8 Willow St. to Maybrook Inc., a distributor and producer of specialty ingredients to the cosmetics and personal care markets.
Roger Dieker of CB Richard Ellis' Manchester, office represented the landlord, Morgan Self Storage. Debbie MacKenzie of Debbie Mackenzie Realty, LLC represented the tenant.
Maybrook is relocating from Lawrence, Mass.
