NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitates $699,900 sale of mixed-use building

Whitinsville, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs (NAIGKJ) facilitated the $699,900 sale of a mixed-use building located at 342-350 Providence Rd. (Rte. 122). The seller, 342-350 Providence Road LLC, was represented by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs senior vice president, David Eldredge. The buyer is BD Homes LLC of Milford. 

Eldredge said, “It was a pleasure working with the  seller, Josh Skowrya of 342-350 Providence Road LLC on the sale of this mixed-use building. The buyer,  BD Homes LLC, is planning on making improvements to the property which potentially include expansion of the building to add more rental units. We wish the buyer much success in their endeavors.”
