NAIOP Educational Seminar: Creating & Maintaining Value in a Down Market - April 15th at Hyatt Boston

What are building owners doing in this market to maintain and even enhance values? What advice do design and management professionals have for how to keep buildings attractive to current and future tenants? Local experts will discuss these issues and more at NAIOP's Education Workshop, Creating & Maintaining Value in a Down Market, to be held April 15th at the Hyatt Regency in Boston. The first panel will discuss what owners are currently doing to maintain their property's competitive position and to add value where possible, with landlord and tenant rep brokers on hand to share what they are seeing in the market today and how they are making deals happen. The second panel features several leading design and management experts sharing their best practices, with a case study to demonstrate various methods of creating and maintaining value. To be held on April 15th, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, One Ave. de Lafayette. Registration and a continental breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m., the workshop runs from 8 a.m. -11:30 a.m. Cost is $125 for NAIOP members and employees of a member firm, $200 for non-members. Continuing Education Units will be available for Mass. real estate brokers and salesmen. Registration will be available online soon at www.naiopma.org.
