Nasca joins Lee & Assocs. as executive director

Boston, MA According to Lee & Associates Boston, John Nasca has joined the firm as executive director and will lead the capital markets team.

With over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, John has executed on more than $2 billion of office, industrial, and life science transactions in Greater Boston.

“I’m thrilled to join the Lee & Associates Boston team and to have the opportunity to lead and grow a fully dedicated capital markets vertical. It was clear to me right away the depth of talent and resources at Lee & Associates, both locally and nationally. This, combined with their approach to decision making which is so different than the traditional publicly traded firms, allows for innovation to happen and to happen quickly,” said Nasca.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Nasca was an integral member of the capital markets team for both Colliers and JLL, most recently serving as vice president on the Colliers capital markets team.
