Nassimi completes expansion of East Cedarbrook Plaza

With the recent opening of a new Ross apparel and home fashion store, Nassimi Realty LLC has completed development of East Cedarbrook, an outlot expansion of the Cedarbrook Plaza shopping center. East Cedarbrook is the latest addition to Cedarbrook Plaza located on Cheltenham Ave. and Easton Rd. The 600,000 s/f Cedarbrook Plaza shopping center is anchored by Wal- Mart, Pathmark, Toys 'R Us, and includes Modell's Sporting Goods, A. J. Wright, Hollywood Video, Dots, and Bally's Total Fitness. East Cedarbrook Plaza is also the location of an Old Country Buffet, Joyce Leslie, K&G Superstore, Payless Shoes, Cold Stone Creamery and a Sprint Wireless store. Ross Dress For Less is one of the nation's largest off-price retailers operating 906 stores in 27 states. The new 30,000 s/f store at Cedarbrook Plaza is the 26th Ross store in the Philadelphia market, and is expected to create more than 50 new jobs in the area. Commenting on the new store, Cedarbrook Plaza property manager, Lori Ann Stopyra, said, "Ross is a great complement to the value oriented stores in our center and will offer excellent shopping opportunities for our customers." Winbrook Management, LLC of New York City represents Nassimi Realty Corp., in the leasing and management of the Cedarbrook properties.
