Natalizio of Cornerstone Realty arranges $2.8m acquisition financing
Paul Natalizio, principal of Cornerstone Realty Consultants LLC, arranged acquisition financing of $2.8 million for its client Kaluta LLC for the purchase of an existing multi-family property. Kaluta LLC is an affiliate of Brickpoint Properties, a real estate investment and management company which owns apartment, retail, and office properties throughout Greater Boston.
The 40 unit apartment building known as Bear Hill Manor is located at 45 North St. The property is situated near the intersection of Rte. 28 and I-95/128 providing tenants with easy access to commuting routes and area amenities.
Cornerstone was able to obtain its client an attractive rate for a 10 year term at the targeted leverage point.
East Lyme, CT Newmark has arranged $115.6 million in financing on behalf of the sponsor to refinance The Cove at Gateway Commons and Sound at Gateway Commons. Newmark Capital Markets Strategies managing director Avi Kozlowski secured the financing through Freddie Mac.
