Bridgeport, CT Matt Cawley and Olivia Friedberg of National Multifamily completed multiple trades across the state in the second quarter of 2026.
• The apartments located at 832 Atlantic St., Bridgeport, Conn., were a 16-unit property built in 1981. The four-story elevated property totaled 11,872 rentable s/f. The property sold for $2.4 million on June 25th, 2026.
• The apartments located at 50 Alden St., Stamford Conn., was a three-unit new construction built in 2019. The three-story walk-up totaled 2,640 rentable s/f. The property sold for $1.25 million on June 18th, 2026 in an all-cash transaction.
• The Washington Ave. portfolio in Bridgeport was a contiguous four-building package built between 1910 and 1926 and totaling 164 units. The portfolio sold for $17.3 million on June 2nd, 2026.
• The apartments located at 265 Greenwich Ave., Stamford, was a six-unit built in 1919. The three-story walk-up totaled 5,760 rentable s/f. The property sold for $2.28 million on April 8th, 2026 and now holds multiple records in the town.
• The vacant development site located at 3 Chinmoy Ave., Greenwich, Conn., was a 0.21-acre site approved for two townhome units. The land sold for $730,000 on April 3rd, 2026.
